New Club Penguin Wig Leaked!

A brand new Club Penguin Fair item has been leaked. The new Clown Wig will be released sometime during the Fair, but we don't know during which phase. As the fair goes on, more and more items will be released. The Wig is basically just a recoloring of the original Clown Wig, so we might see other items with the same features throughout the Fair.
