Herbert returning to Club Penguin

After looking through a few clues, it has come to my attention that our good 'friend' Herbert will be returning to Club Penguin in the upcoming months (possibly as early as September). First off, here are some of the clues that predict Herbert's return.

As you can see between the phone messages and the picture of Herbert, it is safe to say that Herbert WILL be returning to Club Penguin, but it is uncertain when he will actually return. A good guess is sometime in September, maybe even during the (POSSIBLE) 2012 Fall Fair.
