Club Penguin Fall Fair Login BG

I was logging in on Club Penguin today when I noticed a new banner for the Fall Fair 2012! Here's a photo:

It is very colorful and unique. Also, Rookie is in it too. Is he going to be at the Fall Fair? I even noticed a blue ice cream hat! This will probably be released at the Fair. Let me know what you think in the comments. See you there on September 20th!
